Thoughts

Hang Drum by Sonixinema first and foremost is a perfectly sampled, performed and articulated hang drum.  Not only does it sound great, it’s incredibly satisfying to play.  With ten expression articulations, this is the deepest hang drum I have worked with.  Combined with each articulation is no less than sixty exceptional sound design instruments that are ready to be placed with ease in your productions.  They also serve as a great jumping off point to show what the library is capable of or of course to create your own sound design.  What binds the whole instrument together as a complete cinematic package is both the quality of onboard effects and the sophisticated  sequencer.  The effects are of such high quality, you most likely will not need to reach for your go to plugins.  The sequencer on the other hand make this instrument go from a good instrument to a great one.  If you need to create pulsing motions, repetitive hits or lateral movement in your compositions, Hang Drum does this with ease.  From mystical hits to tension building pulses, Hang Drum fills many requirements of the modern composer.

Hang Drum has solid foundations with a great hang drum instrument and is taken to the next level with the onboard effects and advanced sequencer.  For the modern media composer, this would be a great instrument to have in your toolkit.
