The latest instrument is an expiration of conceptual sampling, unlike anything we have seen as the library boasts a unique sound set and comes in a very powerful engine that is a beacon of creativity. With 500 themed sound design worlds as Kontakt presets, I couldn’t wait to check this one out.

Acousmatic Engine downloads as 1.22 GB and is a Sound Design Instruments.
The library was created from a sample set of Aerophones (Anything that vibrates with air pressure), Friction (object/instrument moving over another ala Bowing, scraping, pad-like sounds), Struck (Percussive sounds such as bells, pianos or anything that is struck to produce sound or noise.), Soundscapes (tonal and atonal and give a sense of environment or mood) & Machines/Movements (Arpeggiator and sequenced driven patterns).
All presets are categorized in 3 folders Sci-Fi Noir, Lovecraftian Horror & Steampunk Worlds for a total of 500 Kontakt presets.
Acousmatic Engine is a Kontakt Player Instrument and requires the full or FREE version of Kontakt v5.8.1+.
The library is also NKS Compatible.
