First Look: Symphonic Destruction by Heavyocity

After several smaller yet excellent releases over the last 12 months, Heavyocity has created the huge behemoth that is Symphonic Destruction.

It would be too easy to label Symphonic Destruction as an orchestral FX library. While there is an element of this, the library is huge with playable instruments, soundscapes, braams, loops and, of course, pedals. It’s wonderfully sampled and beautifully put together, creating one of the most inspiring instruments in recent memory. With an easy to use GUI, I spent many happy hours exploring my way around and learning new aspects of the instrument.

Symphonic Destruction is unique, inspirational and will add a whole wealth of symphonic hybrid timbres to any composer’s toolkit. If you work with deadlines or just need some expertly designed new sounds, Symphonic Destruction could be one of the best purchases you ever make.
