If vintage synths are your thing then UVI Vintage Vault 4 is a must-have. Aside from the regular synths you may expect to see in any such collection, UVI has the knack of finding the most obscure synth possible and sampling that too! This collection is full of classics and rarities yet all of the 36 instruments have exceptional sampling, emulation, and preset design in common. Vintage Vault 4 is not only suited to retro electronic music but you can happily use it in cinematic music to give more character and that edge your music might need. While the price tag sounds hefty, the saving on individual prices is massive and I couldn’t imagine what the hardware costs of these instruments would be. To have the opportunity to instantly own such a brilliant synth collection such as this is mind-boggling. UVI has done a fantastic job and I’m already looking forward to the next synths they have to offer!
