For the new addition to the Trailer Xpressions series, Sample Logic has teamed up with Boom Library to curate collection of Booms, Hits, Impacts, Risers and Wooshes for trailer composers and sound designer. In this first look, we play through some of the sample set and see if this Kontakt instrument stands up to its predecessor.

After a solid playthrough of the samples, I think this is a fine collection and will serve many composers and editors as the library comes with both Kontakt instruments and all 1,775 samples as hi-res Wav files.

Though I did have some criticism to the naming of the Kontakt instruments, it appears as though the WAV file naming is spot on. You should be able to easily assess whether this instrument is right for with just 10-15 minutes of playing the video to if it will serve a need in your arsenal.
