First Look: Latin Cuban Drums & Percussion EZX by Toontrack

Toontrack’s new Latin Cuban Drums EZX and Latin Cuban Percussion EZX  was recorded at Sear Sound Studios, New York
by Grammy-winning and Emmy-nominated engineer Dave Kowalski. The drums samples were performed by Robby Ameen comes with MIDI grooves included in the instruments. The percussion samples were performed by Richie Flores comes with MIDI grooves included for each of the percussion instruments.

Latin Cuban Drums & Percussion EZX by Toontrack normally sell for $89 each.
At the time of posting both expansions were available for $79 each from our friends at Time+Space

Latin Cuban Drums EZX  downloads as 3 GB and contains 2 Custom drum kits specially designed for performing Latin Cuban music.
The Drums and a mounted percussion sample set in the expansion include: 4 crash cymbals, 2 cymbal stacks, 4 ride cymbals, 2standard hi-hats and 1 right-hand FX hi-hat, as well as side of the floor tom hits sampled to mimic the traditional ‘cascara’ playing style.
The EZX also comes with a few percussion instruments including 2 mambo bells, 2 songo bells, 2 “left-foot” cowbells, 1 “left-foot” woodblock, 1 woodblock and a timbale.

 

 

Latin Cuban Percussion EZX  downloads as 3 GB and contains the essentials of Latin & Cuban percussion.
The percussion sample set included: Congas, Timbales, Bongos, Guiros, Shakers, Woodblocks, Cowbells, Cajon and more.

Both Latin Cuban Drums EZX and Latin Cuban Percussion EZX require Toontrack EZDrummer 2.
