Zero-G’s Ethera Gold 2.5 is easily the best virtual instrument for the money on the market today. With 19 Kontakt instruments, three synths (including an all-new vocal synth), the beautiful and passionate voice of Clara Sorace, and now the added stirring vocal chops of Daniele D’Andrassi, and so much more, Ethera Gold 2.5 is an epic combination of quality and value. The Ethera series has been a great value in the epic/cinematic line of instruments for a while now. Ethera Gold 2.5 adds to what was already a stellar library by bringing around 700MB of new vocal phrases (both female & male), a new “epic true legato” system (female and male), new vocal sustains (female & male), a brand new vocal synth, a new reverse version of the Action Synth, a user sample import feature, and new Core Synth samples and snapshots. Ethera Gold 2.5 contains the best epic/cinematic solo female and male vocals I have yet heard in a virtual instrument. The vocal legato is simply fantastic and will having you convinced you are listening to a live performance, while the new Viking vocal phrases (in addition to others) will have you ready to write the score for the next Gladiator movie. This library is simply a beast of epic proportions! I cannot recommend Ethera Gold 2.5 enough – it is the single best value on the virtual instrument market today.

At over 33 GB, Ethera Gold 2.5 features 19 multi-sampled Kontakt instruments created from over 15,000 samples. There are over 1300 snapshot presets, over 1800 vocal phrases, and even special patches for the Roli Seaboard.
