Soundiron has released The New Iron Pack 3 – Metal Tones.  It’s available now for only $2 (regular price $5).  This 2.0 upgrade has remastered samples and 20 new custom FX presets designed to spark electricity into your next song idea. Iron Pack 3 – Metal Tones features 23 creative tuned percussion and atmospheric sounds. Each articulation was carefully sculpted from natural recordings we’ve made from a wide variety of resonant metal objects and surfaces. These highly flexible samples are perfect for all styles of music, from soundtrack scoring, to experimental and ambient music. Kicks, snares, shaker, ride cymbal, clangs, dings, and low impacts are all included in the Percussion – many taken from our Rust 3 library.

The ambiences have ethereal scrapes, steel pipe resonant overtones, strings, and much more. Overall, this little machine punches well above its weight class and is ready for any percussive idea you’ve got in the tank.
